HOW TO MAKE VISA

This time we will discuss about how to make passports and visas

Passport is a mandatory item of our identity that we must have to travel abroad. In general, there are 2 ways of making a passport. That is by coming alone to the immigration office, the second online.

  *  Manual / walk in / come straight

    Come to the counter of the application, buy the form. There will be documents to carry. For example ID cards, birth certificates / KK, and so forth.

    Fill in the form, do not forget to bring the original completeness documents and photocopies

    Submit the original form to the registration, take the receipt as well as the schedule of the photo and the finished fingerprint on the specified day

    After the photo and fingerprinting, there will be a short interview showing the original document

    Pay for the passport book and sign it. Then ask for information related to the taking of passport book

    On a predetermined date, grab a passport book. Approximately 4 days later

    Go to the immigration immigration website immigration.go.id site, then choose the public service menu - online service - online passport service

    On the page there are several menus, and select with what we need. If we want to create a new passport, click Pre personal request.

    For the application type column, select a regular passport. For the passport type column select 48H individual.

    Next page, you are required to fill all the data. Then click continue

    Then pay the amount of money listed to the bank listed in cash

    When already paid, return to the monitor screen to select the date of the photo and the interview

    Then on the day of the interview bring all the original documents and photocopies

    Take the passport on a specified date

    Passport
    2 pieces of photo 4 × 6 colors
    Sponsor letter from the workplace / invitation letter from the institution

    Copy of SIUP and NPWP. For a child who is still in school ask for a school certificate or a copy of the student card

    Financial evidence of the last 3 months of the concerned

    If a relative is visited in Australia please attach a clear proof of relationship such as birth certificate, marriage certificate

    If the inviter will bear the financial costs, fill out the form 1149

    Applicants over 70 years old must attach health insurance

    Letter of invitation from Australia if in business and for business which is from 1 month is needed x rays

    buy the form, complete the contents, then submit it to the registration counter

    take receipts and schedule photos and fingerprints
    during the interview bring the original document
    ask for information when visa can be taken



For visas, each Country sometimes has a condition that is not filed by another State. So for the making of a visa is a good idea to check to the website to the embassy site concerned or come directly to his office.
